High Frequency Truck Flooring Press
RF Truck Flooring Press uses represent one of the largest energy
requirements for RF woodworking. Typical truck flooring machines
require generators 100kW and larger because of the tremendous
number of glue lines to be cured simultaneously. These slat bed
conveyors are nominally 60 inches wide and 16 and 21 feet long.
Step gluing is used to facilitate continuous bed sizes up to 60 feet.

material handling designs for automatic loading and unloading of the
press.
